The following refund and cancellation policies applies to services bought from Take Some Risk Inc (known as TSR below) related to our advertising agency services. Our TSR Academy has its own policies, which can be found on the TSR academy site. If no refund or cancellation terms are written into the contract, then these terms below are what TSR and the client can expect to be honoured.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds on our advertising agency services. Clients and TSR are held to the terms agreed to in the contract that was signed and for the scope of work laid out in that proposal.

Cancellation

You have the right to modify, reject, cancel or stop any and all plans or work in progress. However, you agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses we incurred prior to your change in instructions, and which relate to non-cancelable commitments, and to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any liability relating to such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses. All notices to cancel services must be done in writing to your point of contact at the agency or can be emailed to info {@} takesomerisk.com.
