Our Role and Process
Stringjoy is a unique DTC brand that provides guitar products & accessories to the music industry. They have been worked with a few agencies in the past but struggled to get a CPA within a profitable range.
Our team did an account audit across Google and Facebook to figure out what the issues were. We also used Google Analytics data to understand the business and what SKUs mattered. After restructuring parts of the ad accounts and focusing on the top selling products. We were able to turn around performance.
The CPA dropped by more then 75% and we were able to increase the number of sales coming in. This work allowed us to start testing Snap, YouTube and TikTok ads with the brand to help grow their marketshare.
