Koodbee is a fantasy sports app that lets fans bet on baseball games. Launching an app in an already crowded market by first time app developers was our major challenge.
We came on board and worked on the go-to-market strategy for the app. We did pre-launch marketing for the app, which included building landing pages and running Facebook ads to acquire emails for launch day. We also setup and managed the Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager account for the app.
After a half-day audit on their account and researching the virtual sports market. We built out our go-to-market strategy to capture sports fans who would be interested in the app on launch day.
